• In the event of severe storms, heavy snow, icy conditions, or dangerous temperatures, service may be postponed or rescheduled.

• If yards are covered by snow or ice, we may not be able to perform a full cleanup.
   
• Waste hidden under snow or ice will be collected at the next scheduled visit once it becomes accessible.
   

• Service will continue in light to moderate rain.
   
• In the case of severe rain, flooding, or lightning, service may be delayed or rescheduled for the next available day.
   

• If we must cancel due to weather, we will:
   
  • Attempt to reschedule within the same week, or
