1. Services
- Top Scoop provides residential and commercial pet waste removal on a recurring or one-time basis.
- Services include weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom schedules as agreed upon.
- We will make every reasonable effort to complete services as scheduled, subject to weather and accessibility.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service, customers must:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the yard (including unlocking gates and controlling pets).
- Maintain yard conditions that allow us to safely perform services (e.g., no hazardous debris, aggressive animals, or unsafe surfaces).
- Clear snow or ice from access paths when possible.
3. Scheduling & Weather
- Service days may vary slightly due to weather, holidays, or route adjustments.
- If services are delayed due to severe weather, we will reschedule as soon as possible or add extra time to the next scheduled cleanup.

4. Payments & Billing
- Payments are due according to the plan selected (weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Accepted payment methods include [list payment options, e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.].
- Late payments may result in paused service until the balance is paid.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customers may cancel recurring services with at least 7 days’ notice.
- Refunds will not be issued for past services already completed.
- If Top Scoop must cancel service and cannot reschedule, you will receive a credit or refund for that visit.
6. Liability
- Top Scoop is not responsible for damage to lawns, plants, or property caused by waste already present, hazardous conditions, or inaccessible areas.
- We are also not responsible for illness or injury to pets or people unrelated to our direct services.
7. Privacy
Your information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent customer data.
8. Changes to Terms
Top Scoop may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
